'TimberRidgeHill' originated from a heartfelt wish: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Amsterdam. Set up by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza shop began as a humble, family-operated venture with secret recipes passed down generations.
Marco Rossi, our visionary, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her excursions in Italy, training with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. Returning to the UK, her resolve was to offer an impeccable Italian pizza experience, adhering to age-old practices and using top-notch ingredients.
Our small pizza place, initially seating just twelve patrons, has now expanded to become a community favorite; however, our adherence to excellence and tradition never faltered. We persist in employing classical wood-burning ovens, preparing our dough each day from scratch, and handpicking premium ingredients.
Nowadays, 'TimberRidgeHill' is still within the care of the Rossi lineage, with the second generation steering our devoted crew. Despite introducing some contemporary advancements, we've held true to our mission: crafting scrumptious, true-to-roots pizza that gathers friends and family.
