At TimberRidgeHill, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing you with delicious pizzas and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order from timberridgehill.sbs, the following refund policy applies.
Cancellation and Refund
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +31 20 123 4567. If your order has not been prepared, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. If the order has already been prepared, it may be too late for a cancellation, and a refund cannot be provided.
Quality Issues
We take great pride in the quality of our food. If, however, you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet your quality expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. You may be required to return the uneaten portion of the pizza in the original packaging to our location at Pizzetta Grove, Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1071XX for a quality inspection.
If the claim is justified, we will offer to either re-make your order at no additional cost or issue a refund for the unsatisfactory item(s).
Non-Food Items and Merchandise
If any non-food item or merchandise purchased from TimberRidgeHill is defective or not as described, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we may require proof of purchase to process the refund or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exceptions
Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders once they have been confirmed, or for gift cards once they have been issued. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for any beverages, including juices drinks like juices or lemonades.
